Phase 1 - Embark on the Coaching Journey
We start with discovery, understanding the context, the organizational and personal objectives to set individual targets. We then align schedules to meet twice per month for online leadership coaching over the course of a coaching cycle set for 4-6 months.*
Outcome: Participants gain tools to be more deliberate in powering up their unique strengths to reach milestones they didn’t previously think they could achieve. >95% of participants and their colleagues experience significant noticeable change and personal development.
* Coaching Cycles can be extended. Customized and Engaging Team Leadership Workshops can be designed upon demand.
Phase 2 - Keeping the Momentum! Post-Coaching Options
Leaders will have developed their signature style, yet tricky situations arise in day-to-day people management. At Prism Coaching, we offer leaders and teams two paths for a post- coaching process to assure continuous development of a leader mindset and effective team engagement:
Option A: Join our “Global Leadership Lab”.
You’re not alone! Step away from distractions and join a cohort of bi-weekly/group sessions— safe, confidential discussions for leaders and managers worldwide.
Reflect on leadership challenges, share dilemmas, and receive guided feedback. Build on your coaching program, sharpen skills, and tackle daily challenges together with Prism Alumni.
Option B: “On-Demand Support” for Leadership Challenges
“On-Demand” sessions are available to clients and offer 1:1 support for specific concerns. Schedule a session during the coach’s office hours to tackle challenges together— anytime!
Both options can be added to the standard 1:1 coaching process.
