Nice to meet you!

I’m Debbie Stone, mobile industry pioneer, global business executive, teacher/learner, and business coach. Having worked in the pre-digital era, on the cusp of globalization, at the forefront of the mobile telecom industry, and now on the brink of the all-digital era – rapid and disruptive change has been a constant in my career. If there’s one takeaway from my experience; it’s that success belongs to those most adaptable to change.

I thrive in the gray area between what was and what will be and shed light on the unknown to bring clarity, confidence, and stability to clients.

My Coaching Philosophy

With over 30 years in global executive leadership spanning from the pre-digital era and globalization to the rise of the cellular industry, and now the all-digital era – I thrive in the gray area between what was and what will be. I work with my clients to shed light on the unknown. In doing so, I provide the clarity, confidence, and stability they need to plan new pathways forward.

What qualifies me to coach leaders and innovators of industry?

30 years of experience in global leadership.

After more than a decade in the US service industry, I moved to the Europe, Middle East and Africa region (EMEA) to pursue a career in executive leadership for international organizations. In that time, I held senior leadership roles in the commercial launch of large-scale mobile telecom companies across multiple countries, grew businesses into customer-focused enterprises, and helped scale multi-international startups.

A deep appreciation for people, culture, and the human spirit.

I’ve lived and worked on three continents without access to expatriate programs. I embraced the opportunity to develop my own set of skills for overcoming language barriers and stereotypes and assimilating to various cultures. If there’s one thing I know, it’s people and the tremendous power of diverse thinking.

Broad perspective and creativity.

Living and working across so many cultures forged in me an innate ability to see problems from various angles, understand people from all walks of life, and recognize the human qualities that make each of us unique.

10+ years in higher ed as a teacher of leadership and international marketing.

As someone who instinctively gravitates toward the next frontier, I became a teacher at Boston University and Brussels School of Governance (BSoG) to influence the next generation of industry leaders. Drawing from my many professional lives, I developed and continue to lecture and teach international business and leadership courses.

Take the first step toward a bright new future.
