What to expect from your leadership coach

Online corporate leadership training timeline

First two weeks

  • Team meeting and introduction to the leadership coaching process.
  • Discuss your organization’s unique needs and desired outcomes for leadership coaching.
  • Receive a customized training plan based on the topics that are a priority for your organization.
  • Initial group training covering topics like hacking strengths, advocating for your team, delegating tasks effectively, and having tough conversations to resolve conflict.

Individual Discovery Sessions

  • A 90-minute, one-on-one discovery session with each participant to determine what they need from an online corporate coach and identify areas of personal development they’d like to work on.
  • From the outset, leadership coaching focuses on recognizing the potential within yourself and tearing down barriers to your success.

6 months

  • Each participant meets with their coach twice per month for online corporate leadership training.
  • In between leadership coaching sessions, you will be assigned homework or reflections to build on your progress.
  • Within 6 months, participants will noticeably exude more confidence. Their lifestyle and leadership style better align with their core values. They may be happier. Oftentimes, they begin to reach milestones they didn’t previously think they were capable of achieving.

12 months and beyond

  • Many participants actively choose to continue leadership coaching past the 6-month and 1-year mark.
  • By traveling further down the path of personal growth, they’re continuously evolving, achieving new professional heights, and leading others with grace, empathy, and assertiveness.
